Announcer at the beginning looks like he could be Bradley Cooper's dad.

Interesting that at the 3:15 mark the announcer calls it "a 7-card stud no limit game."

Also pretty cool that they introduced each of the 153 participants prior to the tournament start, and they dump the prize money on the table out of a raggedy cardboard box.

I disagree.

Pretty good coverage, considering no hole card cameras. The interviews were actually interesting in retrospect, like Doyle talking about the young players learning the game and the benefits of being an unknown, referring to a 21 year old Howard Lederer at the final table .....

there's no need to go that far. the other day i watched the first episode of 2003 main event coverage. there was literally not even one hand played properly, the defending champion from 2002 was a fish and everyone else was too, doyle brunson busted in a way that would be shameful for a recreational player on 2015
