Thursday 12/15: $50/$100/$100 on LATB

Hands 1-14: 3-handed
Hands 15-19: 4-handed
Hands 20+: 5-handed

A bit sad.

Another thing they have wrong on LATB currently, is that when players are folding pre, the graphics showing the folded cards, disappear too quickly.

Seeing what players fold pre is definitely something that the viewer wants to see.

To be fair, I think The Lodge also have the graphics disappearing too quickly of folded cards pre, however, Hustler don't have this issue, they leave the graphics on the screen long enough.

Viewing figures this evening, US time:

Live At The Bike 125 (one hundred and twenty five people)

Hustler Casino Live 16,000

Must be some kind of business record, in any field or industry, for the two closest competitors in the market, with one doing 128 x the business of the other.

If I was an owner or producer of that show I would either sell my stake or quit immediately. It’s embarrassing at this point to even be associated with that show. These morons still put “live at the bike producer” on their social media profiles like it’s a badge of honor lol. No way in hell would I show up and actually put in a workday at that dumpster fire of a show

Edit: you can’t sell something that has no value….oops

I thought the recent show with "Elton" and the former main event champ John Cynn was decent entertainment value. Granted, I normally watch these things before bed to help me fall asleep so....

Wow who would have thought that a poker live stream run by a career admitted card cheat wouldn't turn out well.

Is this show actually dead? Looks like they've been running nothing but highlight shows for many weeks now. Rebooting? Pulled the plug?

Might as well film it in the Oakland Coliseum. Nobody is watching anyway, it's the perfect place.

The more I think of it, the more I think LIVE at the BIKE can come back in a big way and be a decently viewed stream.

It has to make a lot of changes namely

- Scrap the dark/black room concept (which I think they're doing anyway by moving locations)
- Get better commentators, equivalent to that of Bart Hanson / David Tuchman or better
- Better production value (The current scheme looks awful), look at Lodge/Hustler and maybe copy that
- Lineups that include a good mix of decent poker personalities, players, and rich whales
- Look to bringing back Garrett now that he's a "free agent", perhaps invest in some personalities by paying appearance fees

Who knows if they have the capital $ to invest in the changes above but if someone is willing to take a big risk, I think they can make a decent return on their investment if the stream differentiates itself and captures the ACTUAL poker community as viewers. I think the BIKE 2016-2019 actually had compelling streams for poker players to watch, there were often good players putting each other in tough spots, like Art,Garett,Dan Zack, etc.

Hustler is pigeonholing itself into being the casual viewer / non-poker player friendly stream, big pots, big whales, and big stakes. People who just love seeing coolers in big pots and whales lose big money. It's not concerned with being entertaining to people who actually play poker and want to see interesting lines/spots and how good players deal with it, this is where LIVE at the BIKE can come in and provide a better value prop for people who actually play poker either online/live/etc.

You can't be serious.
You prefer the $1/3 NL games next to the soda machine and coffee station with bag of sh-t like Harry and Josh Machiello to the games Ryan was getting with Garrett and Fees and Art/Gal/Andy etc.

And I loved Limon
