It alleges Leon got 4 loans totaling 3 million during a HU match and has only paid back 1 million. It also states Kirk lost 1.5m the day before and paid up.
This does make his comments from the SHRB final table pretty funny..

“But I’m not money-scared, I look at it from a different perspective – I need a name, I need to be Super High Roller Bowl Champion,” Tsoukernik said. “That’s the value for me; the $6 million is secondary. That is easily replaceable for a businessman like me.”
Hope Matt gets his money. Isn't this the Czech fish who lost like 600k in stars MTTs and even more playing cash? I can't remember his SN anymore but his graph got posted a lot if it's the same guy.
Good to see he's actually taking steps to get his money back instead of writing it off.
edit: not the same guy was thinking of nasud 11 who google tells me is someone else
Not really familiar with how popular Matt is within the European high-stakes reg community, but surely scamming anyone for any amount of money is not a +EV move for a Cardroom owner...
Hope Matt Kirk gets his money, why won't Mr Bigshot pay.
Loved the games where Matt played on TV and splashed his $$ around Bluffing. Lost heaps but I think it was said at the time he was Fearless and more of a PLO player. He hadnt slept for a couple days and had won in the Big game. Very Entertaining.
Why the **** would you lend someone that amount of money? It's a pain in the ass collecting $40 sometimes. Poker players are half tards when it comes to lending money lol.

Well the guy does own a casino, is a well known high roller and I assume Matt wanted to keep him in the game given he said he'd repay the money once the game finished. It's obviously a huge risk to lend that sort of money but it shouldn't be in theory if this Czech casino owner is as rich as he portrays.
I wonder what the legal status of a legal and documented loan made abroad is in the Czech republic if the guy just leaves the USA and never comes back. Legitimately no idea if Matt could pursue him in the Czech republic, I mean the guy owns a casino and presumably has a gaming license there and I can't imagine regulators would look fondly on the guy refusing to pay a legitimate and documented 7 figure loan. I guess it depends whether the guy is actually busto or whether he was just pissed he lost to Matt and decided not to pay him because he's a scumbag. It won't go well for his casino business if he becomes known as a guy who doesn't pay his debts though, what vendors would want to do business with him?
you guys realise Leon has done that before, right? apparently he's a very bad loser and when he loses money he tends to refuse to pay up, claiming he was cheated/hustled
