I only play live PLO MTTs, and some cash game PLO if they have it at the MTT stops, and some live PLO cash elsewhere.
Anton Wigg is a very good Swedish live PLO MTT player that I've played against, zero or very little tilt in his game, and in actual fact I wouldn't class him as hyper aggressive, he is more TAG, with some calculated aggression in the right spots.
I've played against lots of other Swedish and Norwegian players in live PLO MTTs, sorry I don't have names a lot of them were randoms, or at least randoms to me, and most of them played stupidly aggro (in a very -EV way), tilted a lot, or were very easy to put on tilt, which I was able to do to them.
In the very same group/sample of live MTT PLOs, I've played a lot of German players and nearly all of them were very good, and they were especially good at putting you in some really tough spots, especially on the river.
In cash games at the same festivals, and in some other PLO cash games elsewhere, I have found Finns, Germans and Austrians to be very tough, but Swedes and Norwegians to be just meh.
Obviously all of the above is a massive generalisation, and my live PLO MTT and cash game sample size isn't huge, but it is a definite strong pattern that I have noticed, and when I apply this nationality based profiling to new opponents that I come across, it is very often accurate.
I can't comment about online, it could be totally different.
