Lmao what a joke. This is just flat out fraud. This is an atrocious look for King's and WSOP for being associated with them.

How many time banks do you start with if you need to use at least one every time the action is on you?

fair enough. I scanned the OP and for some reason convinced myself it was some WSOPE donkament.

Didnt realize it was a cash game. thats is horrible and feel bad for OP. that was a lot of money to lose only because of bad floor ruling

Im assuming we are dealing with English translation but even with the pain of the 34k pot, this is not a scandal
"
Ill upgrade to to horrible floor ruling like you said, but again no version of the universe did Kings get caught in any sort of scandal as thread title asserts.

I also didn't understand jackshit at the beginning. It's actually pretty easy once you got it.

You start with 5 time banks every hand.
No need to use any, because you have 20 seconds regular time bank each street.
If you have to use a time bank, you have to drink a shot and get 20 seconds extra for each.

In other words, every time banks gets you 20 seconds (good) ,
and a shot (good or bad idk, depends on you I guess, too many time banks and
you are shitfaced fast, at least for me)

Fair enough, what makes it even more scandalous is how op was treated by the management. It was gas lighting and stonewalling, both forms of psychological warfare. They basically did not want to admit they were wrong when they were. Which is obviously tilting, not only for a young player and shouldn't be done to any customer.

They were just fobbing him off with bullshit. No way are they just going to say actually you were right here is the money. Psychological warfare is a bit extreme! I'm on OPs side here but I'm not surprised the casino were trying to justify the situation after seeing the tape

welcome to private games and guessing from your attitude, it's little surprise you don't get invited to play in them

you'd sound a lot less ignorant in this post if you bothered to read that you have like no time to act without the time chips and you have to take a shot for each time chip

so yeah, anyone facing a difficult situation will find themselves pretty tipsy pretty quickly

also, not knowing the guy personally, you can't quite say for certain whether he's just laid back with a buzz or "embarrassingly (sic) drunk" as you state

i'm guessing he had a few drinks already but am assuming that's standard for the table given the rules they play under

way to victim shame... you seem like a solid dude

Reputation means a lot to casinos in my opinion so if you make the case more public (reach out to poker influencers), there is a high chance you get compensated. Reaching out now to floor people or cash game managers by yourself wouldn't get you far in my opinion.

King's already has a pretty shady reputation so this unfortunate incident further confirms it. However if they were to do something about this it would certainly help but can't see it happening. WSOP should probably not partner with them though

I’m not sure any of the content creators want to get on Leon Tsoukernik’s bad side. That guy has ripped off other players for millions, sued Facebook for more than $20 million, and looks like he’s straight up killed people before.

I get that he’s a donkey but why on earth do people play poker with that guy or at his casino? Sketch as ****.

Leon is above the Law

He complained Mr Kirk won huge against him while poor poor Leon was in a foreign Country & Drunk.
As he didn't have his unlimited Roll to call on he kept borrowing but kept Losing.
Then as any Maggot does refused to pay $$ back.

I also watched Mr Kirk lose $3m to Leon in Canada I think, while being up for 3 days and not quite in full control of mind & body.

But obviously Leon didn't give him a huge discount.

O P I really hope the maggot gives you your $$ but please don't hold your breath.

I hope so too! But unlikely cause he seems scummy from all the previous things I read or heard about on here about him.
