wow what s durr s euity here? i know you can get it in super light when you call a 4 bet. but a pair, no hearts, only backdoors, seems so spewy??
as spurious said, this is a standard/ or far from unusual play in plo even in microstakes , as soon as someones range is likely heavily weighted to aces, on a non A flop

This is def. not standard. Dur can be happy with a 38%, gus could have a overpair+fd or set easily.. actually durrr is about always behind in that spot. So its just a dumb move imo

Lebron sucks at basketball and I would've kicked Mike Tyson's ass in his prime. GOGO internet

well, yeah making that play has you as an underdog obviously, but the more aggressive players will try crack dem aces.
07-21-2009 , 11:25 AM
Mr LoL recons durrrr was the biggest winner, up around 800k

Any ideas on how much Urindanger was up? Think he lost a couple of decent sized pots but was up a huge amount early on (same as most days recently)
07-21-2009 , 12:49 PM
Anyone know how Gus fared out? was dropping buyins left right and centre but he did win that 459k pot and also took 100k+ off table at least twice
07-21-2009 , 12:50 PM
What happened to all of the soft playing? OMG, durrrr, and the dangs are mixing it up just like the rest of 'em.

Trex, durrrr and postflop were even playing tri-way 500/1k HA.

For the record i think durrr is a great player but just emphasising that some people run better than others..

Spurious go wash your mouth out with durrr juice
I don't understand how you can make such a post. What % of the hands durrrr plays do you think you've seen? On top of that, you don't know any of his hands that don't go to showdown.

I am by no means a durrrr fanboy, I obviously think he's a great player but I'm more likely to root for someone like Galfond. It just annoys me when people spout out **** like this as if its fact, and resorting to calling people fanboys to make up for your lack of logic. Maybe you could try saying "it looks like he runs godlike" or "i think he sucks out sooo much" instead of "some people run better than others" as if youre the authority on the subject. He's played millions of hands lifetime and you've probably seen like 3000 AT MOST. You know absolutely nothing and your statements are based off basically nothing.

I mean, this little fued was started over someone insulting durrrr's play when he won a pot less than 200k with 30something% equity (which was also a standard play), while we just saw gus take down a 459k pot with like 17% equity.

Eh don't really know why I'm arguing with a someone like you, but basically,

.....

you're a ******

kinda off topic.. but I wonder how much Nosebleed omaha players think about card removal..as it relates to their opponents range.. and postflop how it relates to how many outs they have.. especially 9 handed when so much of deck has been dealt..like do certain hands... high wrap cards qjt9 for instance.. go up in value after a bunch of people have folded to the CO, while other types of hands.. play better if bunch of callers bec. more likely to flop well... like DB always flops bottom set in huge pots.. maybe he plays small pairs in multiway pots because his 4s and 3s are more likely to be live..../railbird analysis
