surely it doesn't necessarily matter how many BB's the pot is, an interesting hand is an interesting hand whatever the pot size.

and godamm having to reload the page to post every time is so f annoying!!

Seriously from a midstakes player it looks like they play like NL2 donkeys. I'm sure I'll never understand this. So basically if the guy with A9 hit an ace, he's going all in with A-rag in a 3bet pot? NLHE has never looked so easy.
07-06-2009 , 11:16 AM
that call by genius is nasty. he has to put him on either 89 or a complete overcard float to make that call, or something like AJs. granted, eskabor's river bet size does a pretty good job of selling such a hand, if i were in genius's shoes there i'd have a whole lot of trouble making that river call because this is such a terrible board to OOP float with pure air with this stack depth since it's so easy for genius to fire a second barrel and push eskabor off of his perceived range. genius made a sickeningly good read that eskabor decided to OOP float this board.

uuhm they? genius made a great call.
and for eskabor google: floating. but i m also not good enough to know if he even calls postflop thinking he has the best hand and than turning it into a bluff on the river.

+1

These guys play so aggressive, that they play just like when we all first started playing poker. I'm sure their reasoning is at a much deeper level and +EV with metagame and range balancing, but on the surface it looks just like level one or two poker.

Hi DiH,

when a call is considered "sickeningly good".. what that typically means is "a bad call that looks great when it works" Please refer to BBV and Jack high calls for validation of this.

yours helpingly

Im looking for a thread in nvg about a PLO hand where Jman, stinger etc post. Can anyone tell me the title of this thread?
07-06-2009 , 01:21 PM
wow!!!. a lot of whiny girls complaining about how many bb are in a pot.

If anyone is familar with the high stakes thread, they would know about following luck around....and posting his hands regardless of pot size.

my god some of you people are stupid. Just resist to write stupid one liners on how tilted you are by reading something you dont have to.
