You would know.

Why don’t you post some of your hands? That’d be a start.

GavZ101 crushing cash and tournaments this year! Maybe the biggest winner this year unless the Raul v Berri story is true.

They had a big hu mixed game battle at $1k/$2k and I think it was Truteller who claimed Berri won $7m due to cross-booking.

They were cross booking and playing like 10x higher stakes like 1K/2k so it’s quite possible. Berri crushed him

I guess if you are buying in for 40bb @ 10k/20k mix, $7m is very easily lost.

Also, even after a decade of watching HS, a 20k blind boggle's my mind.
07-02-2020 , 12:14 PM
Pretty sure it was 3x the stake

Because the losers check this thread and aren't aware of how much they punt away?

they prob wont, but some idiot regs or other people still havent learned and will berate them at the table.

the berry raul story is still weird to me. in order to play these mentioned stakes he would need like 20-30million, maybe more, bankroll. maybe staked but still this loss seems a bit to ridic to me. or did he make inf in macau games or smt like that

During these games Raul was also staking isildur1 for HS cash as well

Anyone have an idea what std there is in hu horse? if that even makes sense in mixed games?

std deviation is a statistical concept which shows how much the datapoints in a sample "sways from the average"

For poker this means that any time you have a graph of hands (or tournaments!) and monies/bb you will have a std deviation also, so yes mixed games will also have a std deviation

How swingy HORSE (or any other limit games are), I have no clue though

For those interested, Leon has been spicing up the 200/400 PLO on GG (Kings#1):

do you actually believe that "the losers" are a homogenous group of people with respect to their internet browsing behavior, their awareness of poker losses, and how they react to a public display of these losses?

What's up with the mixed screennames and real names on GG anyhow? Because I assume Malinowski and Kuznetsov (and the others in same spot) have been forced to play under their real names for some reason, while other people in the same games aren't?!

edit: I also just now realized that Limitless (Malinowski) is playing 6max HSPLO there. Only ever saw him do that in the HUPLO zoom pool when imagineking was in it, before. Wow

As I understand they are making the switch from SN's to real names in the high stakes games progressively. I assume they are following some sort of criteria when determining those who must use their real names first

yes ofc theres a std deviation but was thinking that it could be hard to say what it would normaly be bc its alot of different games and could differ alot from player to player
