Depends on a couple of variables. Normally if you are Joe Schmoe with no priors and the tags are recently expired they would just ticket you and let you go.
But if you are a habitual offender they will arrest you.
They will also arrest you if the tags have been expired or you haven't had insurance in a long period of time.
I would think that since it's LV that it's on of these 2 above. I can't imagine they would take up the jail space for something so minor unless they have to.

****ty quality short video on my instagram also.its same name as here and twitter.didnt get good pics because so far away from cop yelling at me and jrb giving me a death stare when my phone was out. Something else had to happen because of the cab and other car involved being questioned and pics taking behind him with there vehicles.

Hookers and blow was what put the handcuffs on. Tags longtime expired, long registration lapse and/or driving without license usually cause for snap-impounding car(100% of time if cop doesn't like you-can't imagine why a civil service officer wouldn't like JRB tho). He'll be ok, and back playing by end of the business week.

They probably think he is a pimp. "Black" guy in a Bentley with no registration stickers, no insurance, and two chicks that probably look like they fit the part in the car.

Vegas has been trying to crack down on pimping lately or has at least has reported quite a few arrests in the past year (since the shooting on the strip).

What I don't understand is how you get vanity plates without registration stickers on the plate. Maybe he took the front plate from an old vehicle he had?

As someone else mentioned the taxes on vehicle registration are very high here and the cops probably don't take kindly when someone with a Bentley is skipping out on them.
