I think I saw JRB handcuffed and put in the back of a police car and drove up the street to turn around and by time i turned around to take a closer look the police were gone and i was only able to take a picture of his bentley.

Booking takes a few hours, at the very least.

Well he is 43 and appears to be at least part black so I don't think that rules anything out.
