You've been watching too much Nancy Grace. Yes, for crimes like theft/fraud/etc... criminals tend to continue until they get caught. But murder is personal and people don't just keep killing. The only exception to this would be a serial killer, but there is little chance that is the case (who premeditates committing a murder in a room registered to your name?).
Chances are, Sloot gave Hollyway drugs, she OD, and they panicked (as idiots tend to do)... and he got away with manslaughter at the most. Because of this, for his entire life, no presumption of innocent will be given. I am honestly going to ignore the media hysteria about this "celebrity" until more is known.... because the fact is, if Nancy Grace could pin the Holocaust on him... she would.
