Especially after his attempt to flee and disguise his appearance.
Hey, I don't disagree with you on this. I'm just saying that the most ignorant thing to do is to put a "MURDER. CASED CLOSED" on this... The media (and many people here) always do this. Things are never that easy. There's time needed to investigate. Ever realised that this is the reason why courts always take months or even years to trial and judge someone?

I think you are/were misunderstanding people stating their opinions on the matter with being some vigilanty justice. Everyone is entitled to state their opinion on him and this matter. You however have not made any alternate theory or credibale argument to those you disagreed with, just called them ignorant and such for stating their opinion.

I have not made an argument to what? I simply say that this isn't a "case closed" and there shouldn't be a "GUILTY" stamp on it.. I am saying that there's time needed to investigate this murder case.. What kind of argument do you want me to make on this? Do you even understand what I am saying? I am not defending this guy one bit. It seems you totally misunderstand my ENTIRE point. You think I need to make an argument for not immediately judging this guy? I don't care if he's innocent or not, all I'm saying is it's ignorant to put a "GUILTY" stamp on it without knowing the facts. And you disagree? Ok.....

All it seems to me you are personally hurt by me disagreeing with you. Try to go outside your own feelings and see this from a reasonable perspective. It's not about you versus me.......

How about you give me an argument as to why we SHOULD put a "MURDER. CASE CLOSED" stamp on this? Why we SHOULDN'T wait and hear all facts about his murder case untill we judge? Tell me! :-)

As far as I'm concerned its murder case closed. I have no influence on whether he gets a fair trial and niether do you. So, I wont lose any sleep over jumping the gun.

Your first paragraph is the only real thing you have said that makes sense.

Personally hurt by you disagreeing... no, insulted by you calling me and others ignorant as well as claiming some sort of eurpeon superiority on intellect. yes

No one is claiming case closed. Though some of us have made our own conclusions, granted without all the facts. We are entitled to opinions, they are like azzholes, everyone has one. They are meaningless to this in the end. Like i said it is up to a jury to decide.

Personally i think Joran should look into his own heart, realise the pain he has caused everyone in his life, and confess to his crimes in full and be a man.

I heard on news reports that the latest victim was openly gay, so maybe he killed her when she wouldn't have sex with him.

I believe young Master van der Sloot is innocent until proven guilty.

I predict he will be found guilty. Unless of course some unfortunate accident befalls the poor innocent lad in the interim.

haha guess you guys never watch the news. i guess the only exception for repeat murderers is a serial killer... and gangs, drug lords, organized crime, racists, hitmen, religous organizations, terrorists, and pretty much anyone who runs a government (just off the top of my head).

anyone who has a desire to kill someone or benefits from killing somone will keep killing if they think they can get away with it.

also, i doubt all serial killers premeditate all of their murders. alot of em prolly just see an opportunity they cant resist or just get really angry and cant controll themselves.
