He came to a company wide meeting (~700 people) once and was taking questions. I asked why he would sponsor a bill that removed the Made in America provision for funding the military. He hemmed and hawed a while then said basically he would do what he wants and we can't get rid of him because if we could we would have already.

He may have some good qualities and I admire him for his military service but he is not a good leader. Then again those are precious few in our Congress.
