I took a poll to see how I should celebrate my 2000th post and doing a Well thread won. Obv I have very different areas of expertise than most past wellsters, but hopefully it'll be engaging nonetheless.

Just in case it's not, I'm going to try to beef up the entertainment factor by digging into the recesses of my hard drive and posting some of my 2p2 photoshops that have long since drifted into obscurity. I hope you enjoy them.

Can you rephrase your first question? I'm not sure if you're just asking if I'm able to do that (A: Yes), or if you're asking me to actually compare some poker stuff to film stuff right now. What stuff in particular?

Film school was a lot easier for me, but that might not be the case for everyone. By the time I got to film school I already had a solid foundation in drama and visual storytelling, so that gave me a leg up on my classmates. Film also hit my particular obsessions/talents/skills whereas poker did not, or at least not to the same extent.

But another reason it was easier was that it always made me happy. When you love something you don't mind the difficulties and the setbacks - it's almost a pleasure to push through them. I love poker almost as much as film, but as anyone who has ever played a single hand can tell you, it doesn't always make you happy.

Do something in the poker world that we can mock and we'll definitely do a strip involving you. Otherwise we do occasionally work on commission... (hint hint).

I'd bet it will be legal in 2020. Also 2015. And 2090 if we're still around. And a bunch of other years, too.

But when will it become legal? No idea. Hopefully things will start to look up when this election cycle ends.

Definitely want to thank you for putting out The Brain Fail series on CR. I watched it early on in my career which undoubtedly helped me with many mental game issues. Went through the series numerous times. Since then, I've recommended your videos to numerous students/friends of my own. Couldn't thank you enough. I ate a few jelly beans because of you ^ lol

Since working on my mental game, I've really gotten into neuroscience/Buddhist philosophy's. How do you feel about these topics?

Haha yes, I was asking to actually compare some stuff right now but I didn't have anything in particular in mind. Just anything that might jump our at you?

Also, how good are/were you at poker? Let's say you're head up with Ivey in the WSOP Main Event. You have the same stack size - 200 big blinds. How often do you each win that title? What about at 100 big blinds? 50? 20? Also, same questions but for the WCOOP (online setting)!
