lol i have respect for both of these people. i love joes podcast and love how negraneau speaks his mind and think he is good for poker. sucks to see them get into it like this.

I love watching the videos of him destroying hecklers on youtube. His friend Joey Diaz is also one of the 10 funniest people on earth. Podcast is awesome except when they talk about whether the universe has consciousness for 40 straight minutes.

Joe Rogan is the absolute ****, anyone talking **** about him has no idea.

I've been listening to his podcast since the day he started them. I'm also a member on his message board. If you haven't checked out his podcast I highly recommend doing so. (joerogan.net)

i'm a big fan of rogan's announcing/comedy work, but the biggest reason i like him is his obvious disgustedness w/ the us gov't (b/c of things like the uigea) and the fact that he makes it his business to use his celebrity to articulately spread the word about this stuff. the negative posts ITT make me .

Some topics he does have descent insight on but poker is not one of them. He just kept saying that players are all degens, and you can never win, and we are all playing bots. He made it sound like everyone in the industry is a shady adrenaline junky thief. I guess every time he has been in a casino he was a loser. Then he went on to say how great drugs are.. haha

Rogan is a big supporter of liberties. I don't know how funny he is, but I listened to his podcasts and they all really got me thinking.

i listened to it. that's a gross misrepresentation of what he said; you have quite the imagination. you might be confusing what joe said with what the other guy said (i'm not familiar w/ the other guy). joe said that poker is a skill game and that his one of his best friends, ari shaffir (of amazing racist fame), is a winning poker player. he did say that howard lederer and the rest of the ftp guys are shady scumbags, but guess what? howard lederer and the rest of the ftp guys are shady scumbags. he did say that online poker has a bot problem, but guess what? online poker has a bot problem. furthermore, the one site that seems to be aware of it and willing to deal with it -- pokerstars -- is closed to the us market due to us gov't intervention.

he didn't talk about "how great drugs are" either. he just shat on the idea that they should be illegal, as he often does. he's an enthusiastic libertarian who believes in adults' rights. if more people were like rogan, online poker would still be thriving in the us.

I like him. But his comedy is not very good. Lots of stereotypes and loud swearing. No complexity to it what so ever.

saw him live. think his stand-up his really good. great at thinking on his feet with crowd participation.
