Fernando goes public about being the victim of an alleged smear by two well figures in the poker world.
Both actively seek public attention for their victim stories, posting online videos, posting on sites, but other than publicly complaining about the situation, not doing anything.
Using other well known people to try to get reflected attention to ones self aint cool.
If Nolan Dalla did it, sue him.
If Fernando is innocent, play live and show what a great player you are that needs no tricks to win/
Until then, they risk looking like people playing the role of victims in order to seek attention.

Mercier's thinking like victims as they lost because they were cheated, and so don't really have the obligation to pay the debt.
Personally, I still find Fernando dodgy as hell, but just haven't got proof. His win graph would look like the superuser ones, of impossibly high win rates.
But his drawing attention to himself reminds me of a Hitchcock film, where two students kill someone, then hide the body under a table in the middle of a party, thinking they are so smart they will never be discovered. A bit like smartass cheater drawing attention to allegations against them of cheating.
