this is a joke for a while back, this mid limits HU grinder, who apparently isn't too good, bought himself his own table with his iron man points, but he doesn't play there.

As it should be.

Gus Hansen is an ***hole and deserves everything he's getting.

Wow what an insightful post.

He's far from being an *******, he's unconventional in his style of play I'll grant that but an *******?
No, maybe your just a little jealous he pulls more chicks than you could ever dream of!

Gus is now down nearly $4m in PLO on highstakes database and also on a huge downswing. Only Guy is down more than that and a lot of the high stakes players definitely check that site, omgclayaiken even wanted to coinflip with Ivey to get the top spot for the year. They may not realise that Gus won $3.5m in HA in December though which wasn't included in the results so he's not down really down that much. Pretty obvious most of the top players think they have an edge though.

From his "ups" and other cute talk to his slowrolling in big pots....Gus has become a dousche online.

It's hilarious that he's getting crushed at his own tables.

not sure about "old school" live players like ivey, benyamine or gus, but everybody else uses tracking software. they don´t need highstakesdb to track their results.

with regards to slowrolling - i think it´s funny durrr/stinger et al. made a big deal about it. either gus is a fish or he isn´t. if he is a fish, he´s entitled to do whatever he wants. all day long. on every single table.
01-09-2009 , 01:41 PM
I'm not sure what you mean. I'm talking mainly about players who haven't played $500/$1000 PLO yet but are considering a shot against Gus. I definitely don't think all of these people datamine every single PLO table and every HA table, so why should they know Gus's exact results?

A 1000bb pot at 25/50 IS more interesting than a 60bb pot at 500/1000, i'm glad i'm not the only one that sees why.
