jungleman doesn't even have to be breaking the stars t&c to be behind one of the accounts. if he is in europe (i think this is the case?) and had wookiez moved to stars.fr he is perfectly entitled to have a different account name on stars.com. Same thing happened with Rui Cao, PepperoniF/Gohanwhateverhisnamewasbefore

Coming back on a new name and not announcing to everyone who he is so that he gains an edge from anonymity for awhile seems like a plausible thing for a kind of sketchy guy to do.

Changes everything IMO. Could be very possible that a few of the unknown hi-stakes players have done this then, and are technically (as far as Stars t&c go anyway) not multiaccounting.

emailed stars asking about changing SN, they basically said theyd consider it if their were "special circumstances" but when i asked what they were they wouldn't say.

methinks stars made a deal with a bunch oh HS'ers to allow some to change their SN's in exchange for them grinding on stars, thus generating more HS action which fish+regs love. its probably more complicated then that, but i imagine thats the gist of it.
