No clue but he's almost certainly swedish. "Janne" is the nickname for a swede with the name Jan (male name, pronounced "Jaahn"). It's a very common name for boomers and gen-x, but very few who are younger than that.

edit: apparently finns also use the name "janne". But that it's all one word "bingojanne" makes me stick with him being swedish since that's how swedes compound names and nicknames (bingojanne instead of bingo janne).
