I think he's calling expecting to be up against AQo a good percentage of the time. Also makeboifin shouldn't have any JTs QTs in his range, so blocking those hands is irrelevant. He blocks one combo of ATs that plays this way, but that's pretty insignificant compared to the huge amount of AQo which he unblocks.

There isn't much Tx combos in UTG 4b range so he doesn't really block any bluffs (nor value combos)
