Well, boot up a few limit tables and see how you do. The number of decisions is much higher, simply because there is going to be a lot more bets. In NL/PL, there is usually no more than one or two bets per street, and often the stacks either go in or one is folding. In limit it is much more likely that we will get to showdown and that there will be more bets per street.

Closer to 1000$ per hand**

u guys havent realized the most impressive thing

isi is 1 tabling!!!!!! 6 months ago I would ve never thought that to be even remotely possible..maybe he isnt such a massive degen after all

He seems to have toned down. Lost 117k yesterday and quit. The old Isi would have played for his entire roll and showed up when next pay cheque arrives.

Nice to see Viktor atop the winners side of HSDB. But did Ben win his $277k in the 200/400 CAP games or did they play the really **** for once?

its f funny that all the limit regs keep topping up huge when being down...even though that rly doesnt matter.

wow, this isi got some serious talent.

(isi in for 100k)

My experience with limit games is... limited, but I know there's a lot of button-clicking. I just can't take it seriously, and always end up capping or flatting everything.

lol @ people who think because viktor is winning that he is now a feared limit player...limit has huge variance

ofc, there some huge variance in these games. But even given that, one must admit that its pretty darn impressing sitting down and playing the top limit guys, and manage to put in these results..

im not hating at all and its obviously good for the games and impressive that he just challenges the best of the best

BUT

for limit hold em you can't expect that much better than 1-2bb/100, imagine the insane variance, even if draw/stud games had people show slightly higher winrates they still would experience huge variance

SallyWoo seems to have quit Isildur1... never thought I'd see the day that'd happen.

But I am sure that if you are making such a comment you have a great explanation and I'm looking forward to being enlightened.
Hands per hour are much higher in HU poo-fling plus it's hi-lo which requires a little more attention to read the hand/board. Seemed pretty obvious no?

Soltan already gave you an answer, but I was searching for a post I saw about this so I'll quote it anyway haha

HU FL isn't like NL where there's a bunch of folding preflop and there's a delay in cards being dealt. in FL 95% hands will see a flop, 70%+ reach the turn and near 50% go to showdown.

Honestly the fastest might just be 1 table very fast. You can probably get in 500-600h/hr. So a 200k hand challenge would take 400 or so hours.

does anyone know if isi is playing the PCA high roller?
01-03-2013 , 10:49 PM
ftp gave phil iveys cheat code to viktor imo
01-03-2013 , 10:56 PM
Got doubts that it is even viktor playing on the account.. going to get hate for that.
