I'm sure Ivey didn't even care about the loss. You're talking about a guy that didn't know he had $750,000 in a safe deposit box at one of the Vegas casinos. I get happy when I find a $20 in my pocket that I didn't know was there. Insane that someone could have that same moment but with $750,000.

Pretty sure him losing 500k at craps not that big of a deal. Would be like me losing $500. yeah it's annoying whatever no one likes to lose but it's not like i'll be homeless because of it.

If you enjoy the game and the action, and can afford to play - that is not a house edge which makes the game unplayable.

Ba (again I think this is what happened) said he was surprised Ivey was just saying he didn't have any money because Ivey should be able to ask about anyone and they would front him. Sooooooooooo, Ivey came back to BA later saying he would play because he found 750k (in chips) in his pocket that he forgot he had.

but honestly, craps is a beatable game. one of a few when played with perfect strategy. the others being blackjack and baccarat. the house edge in those three games is low enough to where you can make a profit, although in the long run most people won't. this is because they are making mistakes that, when the house edge is ~2%, will effect their long term results (like taking insurance at a blackjack table)
