He's known for doing that sort of thing. His rise on ipoker. The playing styles, playing that # of tables and so on. Chat etc.

I know, and I've read some of them... but never saw anything even remotely convincing. Is there a definitive thread somewhere with some real "proof" that connects the two players?

They both live in the same place.
They both play the same way - lots of tables, v. aggro, overbets, etc. This is from players who have played both of them.
On the rare occassion Isildur1 chats he sounds similar to iPoker's Blom90.

Holy **** I just realised Isildur1 is younger than me.

sorry, thought u were trolling, and everyone is as equal an Isi fanboy as I, lol. There actually is no proof that he was Isildur1. occam's razor ftw
If he's not though, I'll blow Jimm.

It just seems weird to me that everyone is so convinced. I'm sure there are groups of players in Sweden who study the game together and have similar mannerisms, playing styles, etc.

Level 10 just started, they take a 90-minute dinner break at the end of that level then return for two more levels. Sunday they play down to the final 27, Monday they play down to the final table of 9. Final table Tuesday, all days scheduled to start at 12pm London time.

3) The Magician 225 000

there are lots and lots of players here who actually live in the same town as blom&martonas who post here.
So my guess is that they would have a pretty good idea if there is other "groups" in the nosebleed area of poker. It is kinda hard to get away with unnoticed.

I live in Sweden and i pretty much know every player worth their name (friends of friends etc.) in my own town so i'd imagine a high profile like blom wouldn't be that friggin' hard to pin.
