(1) You did specifically publicise a guaranteed prize pool. That is clear itt. On what basis are you saying you didn't?

(2) The website and publicity material says: "ISPT is the biggest poker event ever organized". That was fine when you were guaranteeing a €30m prize pool as that would have indeed been the biggest ever held. But without that guarantee, on what basis do you make this bold claim? You don't know how many players there will be so can't make it on that basis either.

(3) What is your name?

(4) Do you speak officially for ISPT? Can players entering sattellites etc rely on your comments here?

So the one good idea (offer a guaranteed 1M for first) turns out to be a hoax, whereas basically all other ideas they've launched sound like hoaxes, but are true...

There are several screenshots posted in this thread with guarantees on, taken directly from the website. Steven Mclean, the ispt rep in this thread talks about it several times. There are videos as mentioned above.

I have kept copies of this evidence.

Lost in Translation ... just remember the problems with the PPT me 2012 .. or the misunderstanding w/ the ipst offical and the pokerstrategy interview (1st version was: if we don't have 16k runners, the event will not happen' ... later something like, 'with 16k runners we are break even')

the whole thing is a pr disaster so far

here's a new statement from prosper masquelier: http://www.igamingfrance.com/poker-p...telittes/28971

but basically nothing new (see McLeans recent comments itt)

That is fu****g tilting as hell, how do you explain this:

If that's not enough for you, there's also multiple adverts in Poker Player magazine in the UK. Or the screenshots from when you completely made up the number of registered players (apparently there was 6k).

How can you be so arrogant that you think you can just brush everything you've said under the rug and treat the entire poker community like they're 5 year olds by lying to them?

I hope your company goes bankrupt and you all never find work again you arrogant scumbags.

Re: International Stadiums Poker Tour, Wembley May 31-June 6, 2013, prize pool approx. €10,000,

Hello ISPTofficial, a very imporant question:

What will the min-cash be?

If the min-cash is like €3.000, I can not understand how 70% of the field day 2 will come ITM? I mean, GTO must then be to buy-in direct day 2 for €3k and then ante away until all the shortstacks from day 1 is busto, for a complete freeroll.

If the min-cash however is €500, I can understand the payout structure, however who will sign up for such an event?

Oh, I just answered my own question I guess, why you have not published any payout structure...

Pls mr ISPTofficial, pokerplayers in general are dumb, but not that stupid.

Some people have already min cashed after busting day 1. Even though lots of people who make day 2 won't cash.

Dave Behr reported about Masquelier saying;

'He claimed that those numbers were presented as what the ISPT could be “in a few years”'

Obviously still the absolute Chronicles of Riddic, but thats the official line from the ISPT co-founder.

I don't blame them as much, at some point they must have realised how ****ed they are, but yeah it's pretty bad practice all round.

Wembley stadium aren't at fault, they're just renting out their building and relaying the information provided by ISPT.

That's my point exactly. Of course wembley wouldn't make up the details. They must have put up what the ispt gave them, yet the ispt claim to have never said it. It's further evidence that the ispt were claiming a guarantee, 30,000 players etc etc, and its recently been changed which also demonstrates that the ispt are attempting to change the deal/cover their tracks.

I was trying to (badly it seems) make the point that if we believe what the ispt were saying then wembley must have been making the statements up.

I think something gets lost in translation when Europeans (read French) use the word "guarantee"...

Na, just the scam artists like Prosper Masquelier choosing to have whatever interpretation of the word suits them best.

I find it incredibly tilting that random ISPT reps show up here saying "Ask me anything." and disappear as soon as the important questions come out.
