What is the story with this guy?

I'm wondering why he has not made an appearance in the big cash games on FT. I understand that they are a different kettle of fish but whenever I've seen him play in donkaments on TV he's been incredibly impressive; and by all accounts his cash game used to completely blow opponents away. That was a couple of years ago. It's a shame he seems to be out of the loop somewhat.

I used to love reading his blog when he occassionally posted in English, but he seems to have stopped. He was pretty honest in his blog about his sports betting. Is this how he lost most of his bankroll, or did he have a major downswing? Does he still play the big games on Prima? Where does he play nowadays, at what stakes / sites?

Some people thought that for a while but it's TheTerrorist..

Sad thing he went busto. I wonder how he would do vs. todays HU specialists on Full Tilt, anyone got an opinion? Taylor?

He played 200/400 on Prima early this year on the Tunaeater account (together with Lagerborg). They also play together on Full Tilt poker under the name Helge Larssen.

Whenever he plays these days he plays on Betfair. First on the LOLmenot account but he also has a second unknown account. Since there are quite a few norwegians I have no idea which one is his.

Prima should get this guy to advertise for them, that video is better than any marketing campaign I've ever seen/

he even confirmed having gone busto in a danish poker mag.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnny_Lodden

he had to get staked by kris85.

pretty obv. he lost a ton at sports betting. read his blog entries and you know why. he had/has no clue what he´s doing. "i lost a big bet, so i had to find another big bet to get even, but sadly i lost", "i bet on that, they were ahead until ET but then ..." (really lol´d when i read that one - he bet on betfair, where you can hedge each and every live bet and still didn´t manage to get that done ...) and the like.

sad story. he´ll always be a legend as he played in the highest games available when online poker reached its peak, but he just didn´t have the (managment) skills necessary to stay there.

The rumours are true. The norweigan pokerphenom, Johnny Lodden, confirms that his days of glory are over. The roll is gone, and the fear inducing Bad_Ip account has gone to the grave (err, actually I'm not sure about this sentence, I'm swedish and this is danish).
"I lost it all, and had to be staked by my good friend Kris Kjøndal (Pokerkong1, red.), to get back on track again", Lodden admits.

Today the norweigan is on his way up, but it's a long way back to his workplace of old, at the top of the Prima-network, where he destroyed everyone and everything under his Bad_Ip account at the 200-400 NL tables. Today Lodden is grinding 10/20.
"I can always make money from poker and therefore I never want to have a 'real job", Lodden says to Acemag.

He was on the $25k buyin poker million on UK tv just this week although its prerecorded think it was done well after that August news report. May be he has a good sponsorship deal for these tv things, but he didnt look like a player down and busto.

Does anyone know how much FastFreddy won from bad_ip? I remember watching bad_ip on two tables playing hu against Antonius and another player and he won over $1.4million that night.

Must be some figure.
