nice video

but some errors. at 15min he says he is risking 14908, when it should be
22 258 - ((6 350 - 100 - 100 - 50) / 2) = 19 208
given this his play is ev-.

I have followed this thread since day one and even the thread before this one. The entire time I have 100% believed this story, and in my mind I have a lot of respect for Girah. He has been nothing but nice and friendly to everyone here and in no way deserves the treatment of clan lynchers and witch hunters, even though that is NVG's pathetic no class style. Even if they did somehow pull a level which seems like there would be no reason to anyway, unless they shared your immature way of thinking. Do you really believe they would make videos and interviews and go out of their way to prove you wrong, no most likely they would abandon ship. There is absolutely no possible reason for him to make this story up. Thank you for the inspiration Girah you are phuckin awesome. Keep up the good work even though the haters are loud, your followers are Proud. -Kmuter By the way great strat video I hope to see a lot more training vids by you.

I am former professional highjumper in track now want to get on the competitive site what is poker. If possisble I would like to meet. I am at pokerstrategy.com under angelface21 Would be great!

Thanks and go one with your dream. and be aware that the better you get the less people you want to deal with. Cause most people lack are just plain lazy!

I laid cliffs about 6 days ago, and I have tried to encourage others to quit jumping in with dubious posts like "I have no idea why anyone would make this story up" because those who follow the thread since May know the fallout stemming from the Bluff challenge which to some people never happened or just choose to conveniently forget...

The cliffs I laid are exactly 22 posts before this one. Jose & company (this is a group effort) are even moving in together and going to be living in the same house soon (yes, people have PM'ed me even).

That should help give people a clue who is all behind this faked exaggeration of a non-prodigious prodigy. Original link: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...postcount=1761

Most people are just too lazy to read the whole thread since May on this kid... all conveniently right here in the thread, too. As far as the strategy video, well I guess I defer to Krantz's comment on Boywonder.

"risking 14908 to win 11100"
pot 6350
opponent bets 4750
hero calls 4750(pot 6350+4750+4750) and raises to 19208(allin). ie risking 19208 to win 11100.

how is anyone risking 14908 to win 11100?

Nope, his 20,000 raise includes the 4750 call, meaning villain needs to call the remaining ~14.5k left in his stack, which is what is being risked by OP in this case, if I'm understanding things right.

Admittedly I've been awake for about 28hrs so may be missing something obvious, but this looks pretty straightforward.

yes, it includes the 4750... villian will be risking 14500 to win the 44000 pot. from hero's point of decision hero will risk 19000 when he does the bluff.

i just awoke, but it seems pretty straightforward...

eh, 15 mins to explain why he check/called 3 streets oop (with the nuts) vs. aggro villain who's range contains mostly air (ldo, girah has topset, villain has almost no equity ever) when villain has tendency to 3barrel and overbet river? Interesting lol.

I haven't rewatched it but my memory of the video was that villain had never overbet the pot up to this point. Also, do you not think that since villain has already 3barrelled 3 times in this session and the last time he did it he showed up with air, then that has an effect on his 3barrelling range the next time he does it?

obv. would depend on level of thinking.

3rd level: "I've 3barreled w/ air a lot already, better not do that again"
4th level: "I've 3barreled w/ air a lot already, therefore opponent won't expect me to have air this time"

.....and on and on and on.

either way, with the absolute nuts up to the turn, villains range is almost entirely air whether he is aware of it or not.
