I doubt Ryan disapproves of any of Nick's behaviour. He started HCL knowing he's a scamming con artist scum bag. It's debatable, but you could say Nick's sexual harrassment of women is a lesser evil than the real estate scam.

I think Ryan is just taking enough action to save face with the poker public and not go down with the ship that is NV.

Does anyone have a link to the clip/stream from LATB where Nick showed a dick pic of "his" to Kitty? According to Matusow from what he knows/heard it was a random small dick from the internet that Nick showed as a joke when the topic of dick size came up. https://www.youtube.com/live/0WUfzhmv030?t=857s (timestamped) Matusow's version of the story sounds a lot more believable/accurate than Kitty's.

With extreme wealth and connections anything is possible in the US. The people she dealt to could probably expedited things tremendously. Adding sexual harassment to the claim would also help.

This is the type of case where living in California has its advantages. The labor commissioner has a process where aggrieved parties can file claims for things like retaliation, discrimination, unfair wage practices etc. The process is less costly than pursuing in court and is much faster. Lauren should retain a labor attorney who can likely squeeze a settlement without having to get too deep into any formal proceedings.
