Hard to watch in any scenario, but especially knowing what we know now. My guess is that for every known incident of harassment the perp has probably harassed 10x with most unwilling or afraid to come forward (and the reaction / defenders of Nick itt are a good example why people do not go public).

Berkey has been covering this on the podcast and correctly called out Ryan. No way he was not privy to these incidents or the type of person Nick is. I do not blame all employees, but a partner is also culpable for not stopping the behavior.

Props to Berkey for calling out Ryan Feldman. It speaks loads about someone's character when they partner up with someone like Nit Vertucci... Theres is simply no way he didnt know about all the ****, like Lauren getting sexually harassed and then fired. Nick has been a known scammer since long ago too which Feldman knew about for sure as its common knowledge. This is the stuff that comes out, publicly. Just imagine the kind of things Nick Vertucci is saying and doing when the camera is off which Feldman knows about. And then imagine the kind of person who willfully teams up with Vertucci. Ryan Feldman is (at best) the kind of person who will happily align himself with scumbags and think that as long as he himself doesnt break any laws and hurt anyone personally, its fine. Even though hes enabling said scumbags. Hes also the kind of snake who is very likely to now create some bs excuse story about how he is also a victim or Nick's lies, or, if he realizes that wont work, will say sorry (because its the smart thing to do, not because hes sorry) while distancing himself as far as possible from Nick in an attempt to survive the fallout.

Garrett is a joke. He was basically a partner of Nick and Ryan for years with the way they used him as poster boy for the stream and let him curate lineups. He was exactly as bad as Ryan is now and only speaks up because HCL is no longer his cash cow.

a few things about nick vertucci.

nick is an american & has pride in his country. have personally seen him wear various usa type garments with eagles and flags etc...etc..not to mention former us law enforcement associate

many of his attackers here and elsewhere are euros. why? because he refuses to allow them to play on stream. i 100% agree with him on this. why? if you have to ask this question, you have never played nl at the bellagio during wsop. enough said. nick, thank you for doing this. keep up the good work.

also, poker is an american game. created in america & spread after the civil war via the mississippi river. nick reminds of one of those great riverboat gamblers of times past. a real riverboat dandy (i don't mean the gay) with one of those cool suits and hats etc..etc.. but when the money goes in, he has a powerful hand like the kings or an ace card.
