this is so dumb. Chips and cards are SO filthy that you need to wash your hands thoroughly everytime you can (on break etc) away from the table before you touch your face or eat anything. This "extra coughing" does nothing. Sorry hucky you weird germ phobe, you already got germs from touching your cards and your starting stack. What a clown.

There are so many ridiculous and unnecessary threads in NVG these days.

I am a germ hater as well and get pretty grossed by most casino degenerates. I always bring about 20 of those alcohol wet wipes and try and clean my hands at least once an hour.

I'm always shocked on tourney breaks the number of people I see take a leak and THEN wash their hands. I wash my hands THEN take a leak...I know where my dick has been but I don't know where your filthy hands have been that touched the chips I took from you.

Also, I got pretty grossed out watching "Bakes" Baker HU the other night. He scratched his ass multiple times and went right back to his cards/chips.

They are constantly shuffling chips that change hands probably hundreds of times a day. A massive % of those don't wash their hands even after taking a dump, especially poker players, because they'll often be in a rush to get back to the next hand. Then there's the same thing about the cards. Every time Huck Seed touches his face while in a hand he's essentially rubbing himself in with feces.
