Which HSP players could beat 5/10 NL online? - Poker News

This list is not going to be entirely fair since we're going to judge some players just based on a few hands we've seen on HSP this season, but I can't resist. Here's the question: which of these players do you think could beat 5/10 NL if there was to be a bet on them beating it over a large sample size (at 6 max)?

-This is going to assume that the bet has inspired the players to give it their all, not just intentionally donk around.
-Assume that they play at random 5/10 NL tables on Full Tilt and Pokerstars.

I tried including the question for a few players who this would generate the most discussion over.

Eli is actually a very tough player I think live though. Online he probably wouldn't have a prayer but live I think you would be surprised at how he can play.

Highest level sammy/eli/jamie can beat? i dont know who you thinks better. I'm not sure, they're all pretty bad, but just take the best of the 3.

Maybe he's good at other forms of poker, but the amount of money he is willing to call off in NLHE with terrible hands is truly embarassing.

wrt matusow/helmuth...I think some clarifications are necessary:

-their CURRENT knowledge cannot beat 5/10 NL
-However, with this stipulation "This is going to assume that the bet has inspired the players to give it their all, not just intentionally donk around.", those 2 can easily LEARN to beat it though if they were dedicated and used the right resources.
