i mean.. im doing it for me, and if you enjoy it great. i have never understood why someone would bash someone else's blog, just seems a little silly, as its not exactly required reading. i feel like i offer up quite a bit of poker as well as regular life stuff. as to the patrick bateman stuff, god, ur right. first movie im gonna watch when i get my media room setup is american psycho.

I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is David Benefield. I'm 21 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I thoroughly enjoyed the one where you hate the world and you don't want to talk to people, and everyone's trying to talk about poker but you hate it. I feel like sometimes towards people, towards being "out drinking", and i agree with several things you said, except im not rich.

As far as the other ones, i didn't like them as much.

Also, you apparently always have some really amazing/great meals.

So i guess it's not bad, but yeah you do sound like American Psycho... a lot.

ya i heard the book was pretty amazing. i want to watch the movie first though, because if i read the book then watch it, ill just be disappointed that the movie wasnt better.

No surprise that a pretty standard, slightly dull episode of HSL turns into a 300+ flame fest just because its g2cu. I thought he came off fine and nice place too.

Bret Easton Ellis is the best writer of this era, and the book is soooo much better than the movie, a masterpiece. I really think you should start with the book.

Hmm, Andrew seems like an alright guy to me, sort of an average 21 year old. I drank a lot more when I was 21 than I do now and had booze all over my place (of course mine was natty light and aristocrat gin probably).

I have read Raptor's blog a couple times and don't see a problem with it. The Patrick Bateman reference is very funny though.
