What I always wonder about is where these kids original bankrolls came from. It definitely does not hurt to have rich parents and that is what I immediately think for the majority of these young guys. Not saying they did not win money or anything. But 17 years old and putting your paper route money online and turning it into millions is doubtful. Like JJ Prodigy. Where did he get the money at 16 years old to multiaccount 215 dollar tourneys?

The amount of money you can make playing poker vastly oustrips the bankroll requirements. He could have started with $100 and have made $100k within a year.

I come from a very modest background and made my first online despoit from money I won playing $5 home games and worked my way from $5 sit-n-gos to 100/200NL. Same story for almost all poker pros I know.

Haha yes, feels like alot of these kids have the same level of maturity as people here had when they were like 15-16. Bragging about drinking alot.. havent heard that since sometime before high school.

The pole in the bedroom is what a moron would do and think it's cool. He's just a young, little kid. Let him grow up on his own schedule.

The pics on the wall (again) are what a typical uneducated moron would do. But, I did the same thing when I was 14 yrs old. I stopped when I became 17 yrs old. It could very well be that this kid is growing up at a much slower pace than the normal.
