If it means PokerStars.us, FullTiltPoker.us, etc. then it would affect Europe/rest of world.

What we all need to remember is that the whole thing is about the Benjamins. The Feds want the revenue $ from internet poker and therefore will try to keep it all in the United States IMO.

Kevmath: "ALL" facilities must be in US (eg not just a pokerstars US office, but every pokerstars facility must be in US)

What does "odds of winning must be posted online" mean? I can understand for something like slots or w/e, but how can you even quantify that in poker?

Amendment #10 by Bean of Illinois

Requires Treasury to constantly measure compliance of Internet sites, sanctions fines and revoking license if minors are found to gamble online (Under 21).

Currently voting on amendments to HR 2267, when all amendments are discussed, there will be some roll call votes on a couple of amendments (states can opt-in to Internet gambling), then a roll call vote of the bill itself.

Why is this such a big sticking point with them. Kids don't have money to gamble with anyway.

Was Bean's thing <21, or <18? "Minors" means <18, right? I didn't hear her mention 21.
