whats it mean legally?

They say they're not liable for any delays caused by banking networks, which is reasonable. You're using the word 'liable' wrong though.

It just means they can't guarantee how long it takes for you to receive your money, as they have no control over how your bank handles such transactions and are therefore not liable/responsible for your bank's potential **** ups and what should ensue as a result of these **** ups.

In other words: "'we're doing the best we can, but it's out of our hands"

You'll get your money.

they are not liable if you're payment is delayed for any reason. for instance if you can't pay your rent cuz u didnt get hte pstars check. they are not liable
