Kathy Lehne plays the highest stakes tournaments, has some results, and is most definitely rolled for the game. Unfortunately, she's very quiet at the tables, which isn't a good trait for HSP. Kristen Bicknell would be a good addition but may not have the roll.

Bicknell is the nutz. Watched her on girls night cashgame on poker after dark couple years ago, and she put on a ****ing clinic destroying the table. Also very positive smiley attitude at the table,i am a fan.

Paul Phua would be good, very unpredictable to watch.

Isildur1 would be fab, as it would be so interesting to see how he plays nowadays.

There are no standout female players, maybe Bicknell as long as her partner isn't also playing.

Bill Perkins would be good.

Doug Polk is fun at the table, and never afraid to appear in public, so it would be fun if he briefly unretired to play this series.

Garrett would be good, good to see him against a different field of players.

Luke Schwartz would be good, but may be too quiet to make good tv.

Hellmuth would ruin the whole show. Constant wining and self-promotion. You don't need that.

I know what you mean, but the dynamic of seeing old school pros trying to adjust to changes in the game is fascinating.

I've watched Berkey lose large sums of money on multiple occasions and have always found it to be very entertaining.

UFC has been absolutely killing it during this pandemic. They have been producing successful events week after week since early May. True, the fighters train with their fight teams and are not necessarily training in a bubble but the events are in a bubble.

Every single person that steps foot on Yas Island (aka Fight Island) in Abu Dhabi is tested for covid-19. Not just the fighters, officials, cameramen...EVERYONE. People working at the hotel, people working at restaurants, people working at the amusement parks. The entire Island is a bubble setup solely for UFC events.

Contrast that with Big Brother where as soon as you are evicted you leave the bubble and have to put your mask on or risk catching some disease from the only other person in the room, Julie Chen Moonves.

Yes, fighters have pulled out with covid-19 and yet the events have gone on and been highly successful. A poker player pulling out of a day of taping of High Stakes Poker should not make or break the show.

Have no idea how to youtube but would like to see Ivey owning Hellmuth and declining to deal it three times. Again. Allso leaving after one bullet.

It as expected is lacking what made HSP feel special with the set and atmosphere.

Those season 3 and 4 sets were great it felt just like a home game and all that cash on table.

I hear what you're saying but **** me they've managed to get Ivey, Dwan and Hellmuth, three of the absolute OGs of HSP, back together, along with Adams, Koon and Lamb who are no nits.

Absolutely buzzing to watch this.

Critical error by Ivey not running it multiple times. Run it multiple times and keep Hellmuth happy so he can dump 5 to 10 more buy-ins. Even the best cash game pros were pretty terrible back then.

No Linus Loeliger and no Garrett Adelstein. Big losses for my wishes regarding the lineup.

Looks like a surprisingly tough lineup? Was expecting a couple more rich businessman types. I'm no cash expert, but I don't see many whales there. I guess in this thing people like Hellmuth and JRB are the value.

Not complaining though. Looks like a fun set of players, and of course I'm happy to see the old guard like durrrr and PI represented.

Great to see the 2 Phil's and durrrr like the old days, legends! And Salomon is good to watch because he's a maniac.
The set does look a bit dull in grey though although maybe they've done that on purpose because of covid.

I had high hopes for this but there are 3 people I'm looking forward to seeing.
