So dating Richard I gave him that clean slate that he was one of the good guys in this community. I even did it not holding on to my past and went in trusting. Never in my life have I felt so fooled. The mental and physical anguish IÂ’m going through hurts so much that all I want to do is sleep because itÂ’s the only time I donÂ’t feel anything. HeÂ’s not some scammer from another country that fooled me. He was my boy friend that gained my trust to make me believe he loved me and wanted to help. The emotional part IÂ’ll deal with, the criminal part IÂ’ll leave to the law.
All men are addicted to poker and prostitutes, only some have never played poker and don't know it yet, and some have played too much poker and can't afford prostitutes.

Tend to agree. Wiff of smell bad. Even if true, evidence provided proves nothing. Certainly not enough to justify the complete exposure. Could all be true but certainly not proven.

OP, work with your lawyer and see what you can accomplish. Note in CA gambling debts are generally not enforceable afaik. Whether this is a gambling debt or not will. Leave to your lawyer to get resolved.

My advice is not to even try to prove this here. You have shared your concerns and even could you prove this here what is gained.

What is gained? Don’t give this guy your money! If there’s women you care about do them a favor and warn them. That’s what gained! Once I get a judgement on his ass watch me turn it the **** up.

If he did scam you , you are morally correct in alerting other single mothers and people in general.
There is little or no chance you will be able to collect a judgement on him if you were able to obtain one. The reason is most busto pro scammers have no cash or assets to collect.

Thank you Robot9999 what is a busto? If he’s got a day job I can have his wages garnished and put the judgement against his credit.

Yes thatÂ’s correct. Believe it or not there are people out there that want to do good! Look at my text message I said IÂ’d work extra as long as my money is donated. WeÂ’re fortunate to be in this country, if my money could help save lives why wouldnÂ’t I? Yes I work 4 jobs, and yes I was hoping to provide a better life when he promised I could earn $10 to $15k/month.

Many poker players are terrible human beings. In fact, one of the great benefits of playing poker, is that you can relinquish such degens from their money.

Did you ever meet him IRL and he actually looked like what he did in photos? Based on your convo it seems like the guy is pretty new to poker and def not playing those stakes. Did he say where that tournament was that he finished in 9th was? If you can give us the exact venue and date we can look and see if a tournament happened there at that time and who got 9th was, and see if it was a Richard Turner. But being a regular in high stakes cash and mtts in vegas/usa I can definitively tell you I've never seen that guy, and while im straight (I swear!) people who are good looking and def ppl who brag about financials like this guy does in your msg's are ppl who stand out.

Also pretty sure theres a guy w same name who scammed some ppl on twitter

I wish you the best, contact your local police and probably the FBI. Get all your transaction reports in order, as well as any and all chat communications (looks like whatsapp and text messages, idk what else you used)
Good luck.
Posting that his grammar is off while writing the noun as "grammer" is a priceless piece of comedy.

I just can't read this part with a straight face:
Victimofscam: money is relevant but there are more important things like being a good human being and helping other people out.

Richard: my thoughts exactly

LOL
