Most hands won with 1 card exposed, or most hands won playing blind?
One I think could be interesting would be a sort of "Most variations of stakes climbed and profited at in a single session", though I think a better summary title would be needed (just off the top of my head). Basically, something like playing 1K hands at $0.01/0.02, and having to have a profit after 1k hands, then moving to $0.02/$0.05 another 1K hands w/ required profit, etc etc, until hopefully making it to the nosebleeds. Could be interesting if Guinness designates a certain criteria for it so it's not so much just a "first person to do this wins the record and then gets tied a billion times" kind of thing, but could make it strict like one session, max tables, etc, even have it be a contest w/ other opponents facing him at the same time he attempts this record (could make for some interesting coverage) kind of like a shoot-out tournament where round one is profit at $0.01/$0.02 and you climb the ranks or get knocked out. Not sure the finite details.
Most opponents played HU simultaneously (could write as 1-on-1 to help non-poker understanding). Him needing to win 50.1% of matches is pretty easy to understand.
You could actually do this live with Randy table hopping. Derren Brown did something similar with chess.

actual record- playing 24 HU NL/PLO 200/400 tables simultaneously
6 HU PLO 200/400 against Galfond
6 HU NL 200/400 against Isuldur
6 HU NL 200/400 against jungleman
6 HU NL 200/400 against sauce
while wearing a heart monitor to track his heart beat and show how cold-blooded he is with his beat never going above some # to show that he is fearless with something like 1 million dollars on the table spread around.
Understanding the need to have it understood by non poker players, and with nanonoko in mind, I suggest wearing a pair of slacks higher than anyone under the age of 70 with greatest amount of sock exposed.
"World record attempt to set most amount of hands played over a 24 hour period, (mass?) multi-tabling on an online poker site, whilst making a profit."
Highest amount of profit on a single specified table (relative to the buy-in, how many times the buy-in he can get, at his reg. stakes or higher) whilst 24-tabling and still turning an overall profit.
I thought it out.. For a non poker audience this is the perfect record: Playing 24 tables of cash poker for a set period of time. Without being able to see his hole cards and showing a profit as well..
This is the only thing, that would blow a non poker player away.. In the same time setting a record..
