I have been playing on 888 poker for a number of years . I have used the same credit card etc to play and deposit money for a number of years. I have not won a lot but have deposited thousands in my account over the years . I stopped playing for about 5 months and when I started playing again I started winning . However 888 will not let me withdraw my winnings even though I have uploaded my card back and front and my passport , twice. However they will allow me to continue playing and I can deposit using my card . This has been going on for 3 weeks now and the money is important to me . How can they get away with this ? I do everything they ask and then I put in my withdrawal request and there is no communication from them and then the withdrawal is rejected . Terrible customer service . Any advice or actions to help me would be greatly appreciated. Happytomeet
