Basically you are playing OOP against a very good player with a weakish hand that you must flop perfect with. He didn't flop perfect and still decided he wasn't folding. Seems pretty horrible to me.

I'm amazed by all this criticism I am getting. I just suggested that reraising to 90k is a better line than open shoving with AK.

If Villain has say, 99-JJ it's alot harder for him to shove against HERO's repop than to an open shove.

HERO is holding AK with 3 tables left in a HUGE tournament. IMO, I'm not hoping villian calls me with an underpair in this situation. I'm just saying reraising, rather than open shoving, could provide villian to rethink the strength of this hand and opt to fold a hand that is a coin flip.

What do I not "get" here?

Hi Danny,

Fine here thx, hope you're good too.
Halfrek is not me, but a friend of mine.
He wishes to remain anonymous, so I cannot tell you his name. I've played poker with him for a few years now.

Phil

when ft first opened up 25/50 we used to play a lot together (and a bunch of hu). We chatted some too, and he apparently used to be a pro backgammon player.

100% confirmed!

Only very few danes know who he is.

I know his friend and backer Lars Bonding (Dsavo) well and he wont tell his name.

End of discussion!
