So I have heard Phil Galfond and Dan Cates are moving to my city or are already here, and I assume others are doing likewise.

Does that mean we can get some decent games going here finally other than the occasional 10/20 plo/nl?

Best city on earth and if the poker picks up it will be heaven.

Anyone moving to the city who needs info on furnished rentals or anything pm me and let's get some big games going!

Why would anyone want to play in Vancouver. It is one of the toughest places on earth to make money!

you must not be a high enough roller to get on their free bottle service. and by bottle, i'm referring to Sprite and Coca-Cola.

This is what I am saying. It would be nice to get some bigger games going. If we had good games here it would make the city almost perfect.

I believe there are bigger games, just not at Edgewater or River Rock. Why don't you set up a 50/100 home game and see who shows up?

Wait the BCPC events are different this year?

Where's that info from? Usually it's $2700 ME, $1100, and $550

There's a 5/10 1kbb max buy game that plays like 25/50 at riverrock that runs consistantly.

Same.
I usually don't call Galfond a grinder, he's more like one of the best and it isn't so much grinding for him as he rakes in the cheddar.
