He doesrun semi deep pretty often though,but I would not stake him.

What about James Moore back to back super senior titles? It is sick too he has almost no other poker results.

He may have been among the better players and he may have had a huge edge on the field, but there´s no chance whatsoever that you get to this point once, let alone twice, unless you run like god in many, many spots.

In this tournament the majority of the field is probably the same people most/every year, so the probability that there's a new winner each year becomes really small really quickly. 3 wins in 12 years is at least somewhat likely for one of those 50+ recurring players. I'm not shocked it's this guy, he's very good at doing weird stuff and making people fold when they're tight/icm handcuffed. Probably doesn't respect ICM nearly as much as others which makes him win more chips/get 1st more.

There aren't really any measurable achievements in poker except beating super tough cashgames for a high winrate over a long stretch, but even that is diluted by variance.

There was a vietnamese guy, an ex-dealer, who came second in an Omaha hi-lo and in the following 2 years, took down the 1500 Omaha hi-lo with fields close to a thousand.
