A bit OT but is it true that it was Raymer that axed the player's ability to chat on PS unless they have a buyin for that stake?

So has Greg actually signed to Full Tilt or just a patch deal for the heads up tourney? I've just seen photos of Ted Forrest in FT patches and he's not sponsored by them afaik

Sounds like the right move. If you come to my local casino and stand next to me jabbering away while I'm playing 100-200 , I've motion to the floor and say one thing.

Clear the rail.

I had nothing to do with it. But, if they had asked me, I probably would have said doing it is a good idea. I see the positives and negatives, but because there are so many ass-hats out there, the reasons to restrict such chat outweigh the reasons not to do so. But its a somewhat close decision, so you might convince me I'm wrong.

Also, thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm not a FT pro at this point, just being sponsored for the NBC HU.

Later, Greg Raymer (FossilMan)

I'd wish you all the best Greg, but you were fine before Pokerstars and you will continue to be.

Nah, they are arrogant and have a nasty habit of using people and then disposing them without even saying thanks...

I love that Fossilman just used the term "ass-hat".

Best of luck in your future endeavors, Greg, you've always seemed like a standup guy and a solid player from what I've seen.

Congrats Geg and FT, signing a WSOP champ that is a rarity in the game; i.e respected by 90% of the playing community.
Hope u bink a bracelet this year, the tumbleweeds blowing through Stars HQ would be a sight to behold.

He hasn't been added to the Full Tilt Stable.

He got a 1 tournament patch deal. These are very common and not that big of a deal.

Yeah, looked under all the headers at their site, and he isn't listed there at all. So they didn't sign him.

Edit: Which is obvious since that is what he said in this thread.

It would be great to see Greg have a huge WSOP wearing the FTP logo IMO.
