i didn't want to point out because i could be wrong, but my impression with him in Barcelona was exatly the same, like he gained a lot of fat in the last 5 months.

Jaime looks to have gained a significant amount of weight back (check his Instagram). There's no chance that he reaches 10% body fat by March 2019.
I don't know if the bet has been on for quite some time now. At least pokershares removed betting on it quite a while ago (was only up for a short time actually if I recall correctly). I think they were drawing dead on it from the start due to how recently Jaime was extremely obese. Just don't think the body could get in order quickly enough to read sub 10 on a damn dexa scan.

Would highly dout he makes them pay in full or even close to it but hopefully more details will come out about it sooner or later.

Well IG pics from early July are captioned talking about the ongoing 10% bf prop, so...as of 2 mos ago seems like it was still on. My posts earlier ITT said I liked their side of the bet (that was 5 mos ago)...but looking at recent pics...oof -- he's likely high-20%'s and trending in the wrong direction. Shedding 20%+ in 7 months is...tough bordering on unrealistic.

just looked at his ig - hes bf% is in the 30s now. 75k probably doesnt mean as much to him this year as it did last year so his motivation is probably lacking. even if he has no chance to win he still needs to at least try just so he doesnt go back up to his old weight
I think he can do it. They have good folks around them to help make sure everything is on point.
Think they have about ~6 months or so to get down to under 10%body fat, Jaime is probably in 30% range and Matt probably somewhere between high teens lower 20s? I think Matt has the commitment to do so, but I think at this point it's going to be nearly impossible for Jaime to do this realistically speaking.
They are drawing dead. Muscular people who go sub 10 on a dexa are pretty damn ripped (like, close to bodybuilding show ripped). Someone without muscle mass (Jaime) would need to look like a holocaust survivor to go sub 10 on a dexa. Like, without a bunch of muscle mass if you're 5'10 or whatever, you'd have to get to like 120lbs no joke
