That'd solidify his a new healthy weight and lifestyle more permanentely instead of the destructive pattern he has been in since forever and even until now and continuing with this bet. It definitely wouldn't be easy, ultimate sweat 1 ended at 188lbs I believe, and he would have to keep a mean weight of like 180lbs to not have daily/weekly fluctuations risk take him over 190.
Yeah no, don't like that
I've been through this, I'm a stress eater induced during childhood
Only way to change are permanent lasting habits, that you do for yourself without timeframes really.
You saw the video - he had all sorts of Yoyo effect smoking and anxiety come up after finishing the first one. For Jamie the right thing is no bets at all, live healthy because he likes himself not because of outside pressure.
I really like the Matt part though - I'm like 93% sure Bill would agree if Matt does the sub 10% he'd at least get to keep his own 25k!
Jamie keeps his integrity, pays for his failure
Bill earns some cash he can throw at some other charity and earns sympathy points
Matt looks great, gets to keep his 25k and win win win!
