Yes there is a difference if a fish or a losing player is cheating than a winning one and the difference is:...... the fact that one is a winning player and one is a losing player, simple as is.
Let’s say some athlete take steroids and becomes the best player ever, shattering every record, no one will claim he didn’t cheat and gained unfair advantage. Now let’s say some idiot took steroids that caused him heart problems and as such to play worst and or quit. Would we care: no.
And that the point, if you cheat and win you caused damages to people who were playing by the rules and as such they deserve their money back, if you cheat and loose than it’s your problem and no one cares.
Once you cheat the responsibility on your loses are entirely on you.
Cheaters are and should be treated in a manner that will hurt them and show other "Candidates" what the consequences in behaving in such a manner are.

if i were able to beat the 25/50 plo games but could highten my edge alot more due to multiaccounting I would probably do it. I consider myself a pretty moral person, but seriously I wouldn't be hurting anyone poor since my target ain't teh rando on alcoholic monstertilt fish.
