Gobbomom falsely accuses AJ of stealing Jimmy Fricke's bracelet - Page 22 - Poker News

If Adam is so scummy that even some suspicion he may have stolen your bracelet leads to this...Then why would you let him stay in your home? I know I did not word that statment properly but I think you get the gist.

Gobbo said he's in favor of: "innocent until proven guilty". However, this whole debacle seems to convey that he's more in favor of: "guilty until proven innocent" or "guilty, cause I don't really know who is guilty"

My 2 cents.

P.S. I've always thought you were both great members (even legends) on this forum and in poker, but GobboMom needs to join 4Chan/b/

From a legal standpoint everything Gobbomom says is hearsay and has no weight at all in any sort of argument. (Except slander)

As far as I know, there has been no precedent set re:twitter but imo this has a lot of substance. Twitter can be a very dangerous thing reputation-wise if anyone can tie someone to something with an @ reply.

The biggest laugh I got from this thread was someone posting Gobbo wasn't a man because if he was, his mother wouldn't pull this stuff. Excuse me, but when you become an adult, it doesn't some how give you the ability to put a muzzle on your parents or control their actions.
