Hi everyone,

I posted about this topic many times in the global poker section with no help so thought i might come here for help/advice.
these are my previous post.

I cashed out 1000$ on July 7th, and 11,000$ on July 19.
Both cash outs have been approved and status is "paid"
However, I still did not receive either cash out in my bank account.
I have been emailing Global Support about this matter about 30-40 emails back and forth.
Global Poker support keeps telling me that it will take about 5 business days at most, but it never comes into my bank account.
When i email them again, they tell me the same thing. The cycle repeated about 5x since my first cash out.
Im truly running out of patience now.
Please Global Poker support Joey and Kimber do something about this matter.

Been waiting over 1 month on my cash outs now...
Global Poker Kimber + Joey are ignoring me now for some reason.
No help from support.
Have 5 figures locked up and much more that i wanna cash out.
Couldn't play poker which is my main source of income because of this issue (cost me 30k + of estimated ev)
From the USA so cash outs should be quick too.
Been asking support what the problem is and they keep sending me those exact copy and paste answers you all have been receiving.
Anything they ask of me to help fix the problem or speed it up, ill do as soon as possible. But they tell me nothing.
This is very very frustrating and draining.
What should I do next??

Been waiting for over 1 month and a half now for 5 figure cash outs.
Just tried contacting Rointon but it doesnt go through.
Global Poker Kimber has been trying to help me with no success.
Ive contacted support over 100 times and same automatized messages everyone receives.
I'm also from the USA so it should be quick.
If Global Poker needs me to do anything to speed up this process ill be glad to.
Have a lot more i need to cash out in account still too.
This is truly driving me crazy, the overwhelming stress and frustration just builds slowly.
I need to pay my bills, food, and rent with this money.
Please help me solve this issue once and for all Global Poker Kimber so i can move on.

I've got bad news for you my dude

Global Poker got their Paypal shut down. They know deposits are going to plummet from here out because of that. If crypto is the only option for people to get money on the site their userbase will shrink to a small fraction of what it was in the Paypal days.

Rather than slowly see revenues dwindle through decreased rake they have taken a page out of the Chinese Hustle handbook. Like a late 2018 Chinese ICO they have exit scammed. All balances and deposits are going straight into Global's pockets.

Definite exit scam imo, this guys have always been super shady with their "sweeps poker" anyway.

Lock poker all over again

Still did not receive any of the money.. Global Poker Customer service sent me an email 4 days ago saying that they paid the 1k and 11k to my nominated bank. however, i did not receive the money. I'm now getting ignored by all customer support including the Global Poker Representatives Kimber/Joey here on 2+2 for some reason. feelsbadman.

Waiting for current Cashouts:
July 7th= 1000$ (still waiting on the money)
July 19th= 11000$ (still waiting on the money)
August 23rd = 5000$ (new cash out)

Why do you keep trying to cash out if the first two are not going to your bank?

Another reason not to play on Global. I had 5% faith the site wasn't shady as hell and now it's 0%. Too many stories like these.

So sad people think like this. Too many shady stories? Of course you only hear about the bad. Well I have been playing on Global for months and I have withdrawn via PayPal and now with Worldpay - ZERO issues.
I'm from NJ btw.

And...I've seen this guys posts before - it sounds to me like it was sent to wrong bank account due to maybe wrong info?? - (just my guess)

Well when you cash out for 50 dollars of course you wont have issues. But I know people to try to do with big withdrawals (5 figures sums) and they don't get paid for months and its drawn out for long time then they get paid like months later. Maybe its a banking issue. why don't you call your bank and see if there is some hold up on your funds. Just tell them you have big amounts coming in to your account and you don't see them in your account.
