Anyone know what this Girah is upto nowadays? Absolutely zero chance he quit poker, so i guess he is using another account again.

The Portuguese circuit/whatever is relatively small, especially live, it would be hard for him to go unnoticed. There have been like zero sightings since this unravelled, very strange.

Did he play much live too then? And your right, it is weird how these scammers can literally drop off the globe when the heat gets to hot. I bet he is grinding though, on the Euro networks at least.

Feel free to correct me anyone, but from my recollection he just started travelling around (to play live) about the time this blew up Found an interview of him in Gibraltar from late June 2011.

Like you I also find it hard to believe that he can just drop poker like that.

A guy stealing 30k online, say via using someone's credit card and transferring over to himself, be sure as hell, he would be getting his ass locked up and pronto. It's just a shame there isn't more regulation with online poker, because imo, as it stands, that 'online balance' is merely a virtual computer game number.

I hope Girah, really has to face the music for what he did, i don't care that im replying 2 years later, what he did is unforgivable and he should be duly punished
