People saying Ginge ended off worse in this are kinda lost, dude just got a GG sponsorship and is playing highstakes on stream now basically immediately after this drama.

If anything with GG's track record it probably actually made him a more attractive choice to get some more bad PR hype on their side

a. Ginge did not insult BBZ or his company.

b. It is Ginge's opinion that the way poker is taught is over complicated. BBZ took a subjective opinion as an insult.

c. BBZ then melts down publicly over a different subject.

d. Poster states that BBZ did not melt down over the subject that BBZ ranted and raved about but a perceived insult that he did not mention.

Posters hypothesis is not well founded, and the fault for this whole episode lies with BBZ. If he had done his job properly he would not have been frustrated and over reacted.

It's entirely possible (and likely) that at the time Ginge was in talks with BBZ he was winning at 5bb/100 at 500z over the sample he had, which was likely very small as I think he mainly only 3 tabled max while streaming short sessions. If BBZ didn't verify his total sample/check how he plays, that's their own fault.

FWIW anything under a million hands is basically worthless as a sample imo

im 95% sure he said in a video something around the lines of "7-10bb is a good winrate" at 500z. i personally think he is just a fishreg and tries to milk noobs by selling medicore courses. but bbz is similar so its weird to see one semi-scammer to attack another one.
