Meanwhile their latest ToS specifically lists softwares. Think their support is using an old copy paste - though they also have not put in the warnings that they said were coming for using this software while playing yet also

Any tools or services that facilitate the accumulation of a hand history database and enables Mass Data Analysis (MDA) including, but not limited to, Hand2Note, PokerTracker or Holdem Manager.

dont see how that means pt4 is allowed when it says in plain english its not.
